Au delà du réel, la réalité du regard.
Un sujet ne devient, en ce qui me concerne, sujet photographique, qu'après avoir été patiemment apprivoisé. Chaque image correspond à une appropriation pacifique, à un investissement intellectuel, une tentative d'intégration et de compréhension, traduite via l'objectif, par le regard. L'idée est de questionner le déjà vu, le quotidien, pour proposer paradoxalement une réponse ouverte, où le spectateur trouve, s'il le souhaite, plus d'interrogations que d'affirmations.

Beyond the real, the reality of looking.
For me a subject becomes a subject of photography after it has been patiently tamed. Each image corresponds to a peaceful appropriation, an intellectuel investment, an attempt at assimilation and understanding translated, via the lens, by my gaze. The idea is to question what is already known. Be it daily life or an emblematic image, in order to paradoxically propose a visual response that is open-extended and interactive, where the viewer may find more questions than answers.
